Frank Vescio
Frank Vescio is the Development Coordinator of Center Township. In this role, he has been instrumental in paving the way to promote Center Township, Beaver County, and western Pennsylvania. Critical to this initiative is fostering the vision of growth and proven methods to attract commercial and residential development. The success of these initiatives is not driven by a single person or organization, but rather by a collaborative effort.

He currently serves on the Center Township Planning Commission and Sanitary Authority and is a member of the Redevelopment Authority of Beaver County. With his experience, he brings together a broad network of professionals and organizations to positively impact the quality of life, stability, and prosperity of the region.
Frank is a retired Sears District Services Manager, managing over 600 people in a district of 9 service centers in southwestern Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. He spent his 40-plus year career at Sears, starting on the sales floor and warehouse, and working through management to leadership positions.
He and his wife, Joyce, raised their family in Center Township, a community that they’ve called home for over 60 years.
